Frequently Asked Questions

  • What’s the difference between the economy line, premium line, and luxury line?
The economy lasts 2-3 installs with proper care, the quality is good but not as good as the premium. The premium lasts a year with proper care and is a better quality than the economy but not as good as luxury Luxury lasts 2 years or more with proper care and is the best hair on the market.
  • When it comes to the card on file for scheduling your hair appointment, does the money get taken off right away?
No, the card is only for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours, if u would like to use that card on file to pay for your service AFTER completion, u will need to sign it, I can’t touch it or see your card info.
  • How long does sew-in installations last?
Sew-ins typically last 2/3 months with proper care. I do not recommend wearing it longer than that.
  • What’s the earliest age you will take girls to do their hair?
I can’t/don't start taking little ones until the age of 11
  • How long does a silk wrap last?
Typically as long as u are careful (staying away from humidity, out of the rain, protecting hair while in the shower, and wrapping it when u go to bed) it should last 2-3 weeks
  • How often should I get my hair done?
Real hair, every 2-3 weeks, every week can be overkill, and too much heat on your real hair is bad for you. As for installs, get touched up at least once a month - every week or 2 weeks is unnecessary, it’s possible to wash your extensions too often
  • What textures of hair do u have ?
In the luxury line, I have Deep Wave, Straight, and curly inches 10-24, on hand but I can special order anything else if u want a longer inch. In the economy line, I carry inches 10-30 of straight hair only. But again if u want body wave, loose wave, etc. I can special order it also. Premium hair will be special ordered from inches 10-30, loose wave, body wave, straight, and deep wave
